Scenarios: Action Planner
Measures can be created at the building level either based on specific targets or manually within a scenario. The impacts of these measures are calculated in detail – separately for common-area electricity, tenant electricity, and heat – and include consumption, emissions, and associated costs. Users can create their own measures or adapt existing entries individually. The results are directly integrated into the CRREM calculation and can be compared against custom target values.
Update in File Management
PDF, PPT, and Excel files can now be viewed directly within the platform, allowing users to easily compare supporting documents with the entered data.
Consumption Value Estimation at Meter Level
Based on the available metering structure, missing consumption data can be extrapolated on a monthly basis. This information is available both in the views and in report generation.
Consumption Series (Faster Input and Management of Consumption Data)
Consumption data can now be entered for any time period. The entries are automatically broken down into daily and monthly values but remain editable as an overall total. Existing single entries can be grouped into continuous consumption series.
