Essential components of the update.
Meters & consumption: an analysis
Meters are the central starting point for the evaluation of consumption data and its completeness. The platform now allows you to graphically analyze the progression of meters, the associated areas and the recorded consumption over time. The new view provides greater clarity and offers a better insight into the available data.
Data scope: Update for building certificates
It is now possible to store and display additional certificates directly in the platform - including BREEAM, LEED, WiredScore, WELL and SmartScore.
Calculations: Consumption values on an area basis
In addition to the extrapolated consumption calculation at meter level from the last update, it is now also possible to extrapolate the annual consumption on the basis of pure area information for the individual consumption types.
Decarbonization scenarios: Cost estimates
With this update, the measures are provided with an initial cost estimate for the first time. This allows an initial - albeit preliminary - investment estimate to be derived for the respective scenario. These estimates can then be gradually updated and refined through detailed planning and more precise calculations.
