Consumption data capture: document scanner
Simply upload your invoices to Quantrefy. The platform automatically recognizes the relevant data - you simply check it briefly, correct it if necessary and confirm. In just two steps, the receipts are recorded and linked directly to the corresponding consumption data. Fast, uncomplicated and transparent at all times.
Data scope: Energy performance certificates
The entry of data points for energy certificates is now even more clearly structured. A new dashboard widget allows you to see the recorded information at a glance at any time - either per building, for entire portfolios or company-wide. This allows you to maintain an overview and present your energy key figures clearly and concisely.
Area recording: a new module
The new function allows you to record area data in a structured and graphically clear way. From outdoor areas to rental areas, the size, type of use and the associated meters can be easily stored and assigned to the properties. This creates transparency and makes it easier to manage all area attributes.
Decarbonization scenarios: Energy cost forecast
Quantrefy now also takes price increases on the energy market into account for a precise mapping of current energy costs. You can enter your own assumptions on future price developments for each scenario. This allows you to realistically calculate the expected savings and make more informed comparisons.
Meter data and emission factors
The emission factors for your consumption are now clearly structured and available at the respective meter. Depending on your specifications, you can view standard factors or store your own market-based values - including the appropriate certificates from your suppliers. This allows you to calculate the emissions for each period precisely and comprehensibly.
